The pieces offered for sale at our sales may sometimes have defects in appearance or slight imperfections indicated on the edges by "bells".The footage has been taken by a quantity surveyor in the factories, which generates tension. In addition, a difference in hygrometry has a significant effect on the yardage. These two elements can generate differences in measurement. The measurements or footage are given only as an indication, without any liability, for a difference, even a significant one, when a new measurement is taken. It will not be accepted any contestation, as for the footage of the proposed pieces. This cannot give the right to any return or refund after the sale.
