VAN CLEEF & ARPELS Important MINAUDIERE in platinum (min. 800‰) and yellow gold (750‰) fully guilloché, opening on concealed hinges to a mirror (accidents) and six compartments, four of which are closed. Including a lighter and a lipstick holder, en suite. Missing comb. Clasp and lid with geometric motifs (pyramid, scrolls and volutes), set with triangular, brilliant-cut and baguette-cut diamonds and two cabochon rubies. French work, circa 1930. Signed VAN CLEEF & ARPELS, Paris. In its black bag opening onto a moiré interior. Size: 16 x 11.5 x 2.3 cm. Total gross weight: 922.3 g.
